Hydraulic jet fracturing tool is the key injection tool in hydraulic jet fracturing technology, which mainly include 2 types of fixed and adjustable. The main frame of the fixed injection tool is equipped with a number of nozzles on both sides of the main frame, and the high pressure fluid is ejected from the nozzle. The reflux device is part of the main body of the injection tool, with a permeable baffle inside and a ball in the lower part. When a hydraulic jet is used, the ball stays at the bottom of the device and does not allow the fluid to flow out of the bottom. When the high pressure fluid is not injected by the working oil pipe to the human well, the fluid can reflow out the well and return to the ground through this device. The adjustable jet fracturing tool mainly includes jet tool, outer wall and inner wall. The rotating sleeve is extended along the length of the jet tool, and the rotary sleeve can rotate in the jet tool. The tool is equipped with one or more fracturing holes, and the inner wall is provided with a round hole. When the sleeve rotates and changes the orientation, the inner hole is connected with the external fracturing orifice or nozzle, so that the rotary sleeve can be controlled.
The direction of the fluid is to control the flow of the fluid from the fracture orifice or from the nozzle. Although the adjustable jet tool is more adaptable than the fixed injection tool, in most cases, considering the economic factors, the fixed injection tool is generally preferred.
